USE OF INFORMATION

Kastoor collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or make an account with Kastoor.shop By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address (es) for the purpose of order process. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our Payment Service provider's systems. We may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks which may contain your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order. Rest assured; your personal information is protected by an additional security layer called SSL which ensures your sensitive information is transmitted securely through an encrypted link.

We also use non-personal data such as third-party cookies to collect statistics to enhance and simplify your visit. The cookies used are both permanent and temporary cookies (session cookies). Shipping

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Our products are custom-made, and we aim to deliver:

  • Domestic orders within 15 business days

  • International orders within 4 business weeks

Your order may arrive earlier than expected, and we’ll keep you updated with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Please note that delivery timelines depend on stock availability and payment authorization. In some cases, we may require additional payment verification or proof of source before processing your order.

 

Reshipping Policy (Domestic Orders)


If an order is returned to us for any of the reasons listed below, customers may request a reshipment by paying a reshipping fee of PKR 500:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details were provided.

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery attempts.

  • The customer did not respond to the courier's calls or messages.

  • The customer refused to receive the package without a valid reason.

NOTE: Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country, and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

 

Delivery Charges

  • Local Orders: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. The exact rates will be shown at checkout. You may also contact our customer care team via Instagram or WhatsApp for real-time carrier rates and additional assistance.

Customs: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. We suggest customers call their local customs office before placing their order if they require more information on customs duties in their country.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Tracking ID and a direct link to track your shipment.

You can click the link provided in the email to view real-time updates on your order through the respective courier service's website, for both local and international deliveries.
