All Kastoor products are made-to-order. Please refer to the estimated delivery timelines below:

United Kingdom, Europe, USA, UAE, Canada & Australia:
Delivered within 4 business weeks

Local: Delivered within 15 business days

Customs and Duties:

US Customers: All shipments to the US are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — this means the shipping cost includes any applicable customs duties and taxes required by your country. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

All other countries: Customs applicable as per the destination country.

Orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe; however, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen production delays. Any such delays will be clearly communicated to customers in advance.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. In certain cases, we may require additional payment verification or proof of payment source before processing and dispatching an order.

Please note that all orders placed on or before 21st February will be dispatched in line with our standard shipping timelines. We will make every effort to ensure delivery in time for Eid.

However, kindly be aware that unforeseen circumstances — such as courier delays or other unexpected disruptions — may occasionally impact delivery schedules.

Orders placed after 21st February cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Eid.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible and enjoy a stress-free shopping experience for Eid.
