1: What is the delivery time?

Our products are custom-made; our goal is to deliver local orders within 15 business days and international orders within 4 business weeks. Your order may arrive earlier than expected, and we will keep you informed with tracking updates once your order is shipped. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stock and payment authorization. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2: What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

For local orders, standard delivery charges are Rs. 250/-.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and your location. These rates will be displayed at checkout. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team via Instagram or WhatsApp for real-time carrier rates and further assistance.

Customs: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. We suggest customers call their local customs office before placing their order if they require more information on customs duties in their country.

3: Does the price of the order include shipping?

Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges.

4: How do I check the delivery status?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Tracking ID and a direct link to track your shipment.

You can click the link provided in the email to view real-time updates on your order through the respective courier service's website, for both local and international deliveries.

5: How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
