Order Refund / Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

If an order is received with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been delivered, Kastoor will review the request and offer a replacement in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit or a discount coupon as an alternative resolution, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
