United Kingdom, Europe, USA, UAE, Canada & Australia:
Delivered within 4 business weeks

Local: Delivered within 15 business days

Customs and Duties:

US Customers: All shipments to the US are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — this means the shipping cost includes any applicable customs duties and taxes required by your country. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

All other countries: Customs applicable as per the destination country.

Orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe; however, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen production delays. Any such delays will be clearly communicated to customers in advance.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. In certain cases, we may require additional payment verification or proof of payment source before processing and dispatching an order.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Delivery Delays

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If a shipment is delayed, held, or otherwise affected due to the customer's failure to pay the required customs charges within the timeframe specified by the carrier or customs authority, such delays shall not be considered the responsibility of Kastoor.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout do not include delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, or delayed payment of customs duties and taxes by the customer.

Orders that are delayed as a result of unpaid customs charges are not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, chargeback, or compensation on the basis of late delivery. Once an order has been shipped, the customer remains responsible for accepting delivery and complying with all customs requirements.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to cooperate with customs authorities, any refund issued will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs-related charges, and any carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, and related charges applicable to their shipment.
