PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

Kastoor does not offer a refund policy however, free pick-up and delivery services will be offered in case the delivered product is defective or the wrong product has been shipped. If you wish to exchange a defective product within 7 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at contact@kastoor.shop with your order reference number and complaint details. For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order. If during delivery, customs’ duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing us at contact@kastoor.shop with your order reference number¬†within six hours of having placed it. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our exchange process as mentioned above. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via text that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Kastoor has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
